On April 24 we complained to the Bureau of Street Services about the terible shape of a street just outside the main parking lot of the Hollywood Bowl on the Northeast side of the intersection of Milner and Highland. There were poholes, ridges, openings, trenches, rough pavement everywhere.

But, in reality, nothing was done. So I fired off an email to everyone I could in the BSS — and finally got some results:
